Staypoollizer Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, normally ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m., on weekends, or on holidays normally ship the next business day. During unusually high order volume, severe weather, or carrier disruptions, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using UPS or USPS. The carrier may be selected based on the destination, package size, delivery speed, and available service.
Orders sent to a PO box will generally be shipped through USPS.
Standard Delivery Time
Most standard U.S. orders arrive within approximately two business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, remote destinations, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Free Standard Shipping
Staypoollizer provides free standard shipping on orders over $25 within the continental United States.
The continental United States includes the contiguous 48 states and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Available services, estimated delivery times, and charges are calculated based on the destination and carrier availability.
Orders placed after the daily cutoff may begin processing on the next business day, even when expedited shipping is selected.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and eligible U.S. territories.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery to these locations may take longer than standard continental U.S. delivery.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to eligible destinations shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Customs processing may delay delivery. Staypoollizer does not control these charges or customs-processing times.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided after the order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package and activate the tracking record.
Address Accuracy and Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Contact us immediately through our Contact page if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect it.
Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
When tracking shows a package is delayed, we may assist with reviewing the shipment or contacting the carrier.
Packages marked as delivered but not received will be reviewed case by case. Depending on the circumstances, we may request confirmation of the shipping address, delivery location, tracking history, or information from the carrier before determining the appropriate resolution.
A carrier’s delivered status does not automatically guarantee a replacement or refund.
Damaged Shipments
Please contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged. Include the order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the shipping package and product so we can review the issue.
