I had a problem with corrosion on a unit just past the warranty. I talked to the company and they made everything ok.

Problem with original not shutting off began for me when the washer used to stop the flow apparently changed to a neoprene washer. The newly designed unit supported by the Nxgen stainless steel valve control solved my problem. I am once again confident leaving the 2.0 unit operational in our seasonal home in Florida. I knew it would shut off as soon as I received the 2.0 and looked at the stainless steel construction of the shut-off valve. You can easily spend hundreds of dollars on other valves and water bills (I did). Save yourself some trouble and money with the Staypoolizer 2.0.

I love Staypoollizer. It keeps my pool at the proper fill level and works flawlessly. Customer Support is outstanding. I had some questions, and they called me back quickly and spent as much time as I needed to get my questions answered.
